Local rules
Stones in bunkers may be removed without penalty (Rule 24-1)

All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions and relief from interference by them may be obtained under (Rule 24-2). In addition, if a ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard and such an obstruction on or within two club-lengths of the putting green and within two club-lengths of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief as follows:
The ball shall be lifted and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay which (a) is not nearer the hole, (b) avoids such intervention and (c) is not in a hazard or on a putting green. The ball may be cleaned when so lifted.

The black and yellow stakes (150m to the centre of the green) are immovable obstructions. Relief without penalty. The stakes may not be removed. (Rule 24-2)

If a ball strikes an elevated power line or cable, the stroke shall be cancelled and replayed, without penalty (Rule 20-5). If the ball is not immediately recoverable another ball may be substituted.

Gravel or other surfaced roads are immovable obstructions, relief in accordance with (Rule 24-2b).
Bunker marked with blue stakes are an integrated part of the course and ground under repair. Relief acc. to the (Rule 25-1b).

Ground under repair is marked with blue stakes or blue lines. Relief from G.U.R. in accordance with (Rule 25-1b). Also the planted area covered by wooden chips to the left of hole 1 (Forest) is G.U.R.

Protection of young trees identified by supporting stakes or orange ribbons as well as the trees which mark 150m to the green as well as the tree immediately to the right of the 17th green (Master). If such a tree interferes with a player´s stance or the area of his intended swing, the ball must be lifted, without penalty, and dropped in accordance with the procedure prescribed in (Rule 24-2b) (Immovable Obstruction). If the ball lies in a water hazard, the player shall lift and drop the ball in accordance with (Rule 24-2b) except that the nearest point of relief must be in the water hazard and the ball must be dropped in the water hazard or the player may proceed under (Rule 26). The ball may be cleaned when so lifted.

Master Course
If the ball lies on the road between the green stakes on the right side of hole number 16 the ball may be dropped, without penalty, in the nearest drop zone (DZ). A ball which has gone into the water hazard over the green stakes may be dropped in the drop zone (1 stroke penalty). It is forbidden to play from the island in the water hazard to the right of the 9th and the 16th hole.


PENALTY FOR BREACH OF LOCAL RULES:
Match Play: Loss of hole; Stroke Play: Two strokes.

Pull carts are not permitted on tees or between greens and bunkers.
